I hate men. Yes, you heard me. I HATE MEN. Why? Because they continually act in ways which show how much they deserve to be hated. Most of the murders in the world? Men. Most of the rapists? men. Most of the pillaging, destroying soldiers? Men. Most of those who order soldiers into battle to rape, rob and kill? Men.
Do I believe men have to act this way because of testosterone or other biological causes? No. Men choose to behave this way. That is all the more reason to hate men- they could behave in an empathetic way – some men actually do – but they choose not to. They choose to be sadists and psychopaths. They choose to hurt women and children. Why? Because they get a cushier life if they maintain the majority of the human race in slavery through violence. No other animal holds all females in slavery like humans do. It isn’t instinct. It isn’t biological. It’s their choice to be violent monsters.

What about the males that have contributed to society? Statesmen? Politicians? Presidents? Artists? Musicians? Physicians? Educators? Scientists? If you are going to paint with such a wide brush, why not touch the whole canvas? No gender is better than the other. We each have our quirks. We’re just different.
We are not all beasts. We are not all rapists, murderers, liars, thieves, et al. We are capable of being strong and protective, as well as being gentle and tender. We are capable of thought and can rise above the natural instincts we also have as members of the animal kingdom. We can make choices that are independent of these innate behaviors.
Our behavior is influenced more than just the presense of testosterone. Being human, we are also subjected to genetic as well as environmental influences. Psychological conditions have biochemical and physiological roots, too. Genetic components, too. This has nothing to do with simply being male.
The vilification of men is simply a witch hunt in reverse. Treating all men as beasts becomes yet another self-fulfilling prophecy. You find them where you want to see them. It doesn’t help that you don’t appear to be looking for positive examples of the male condition either. Treating males capable of traits you don’t believe they can possess merely alienates ANY of them from potentially ever reaching you emotionally. To me, that does not reflect a natural balance. The divine gave us both men and women, another pair of forces to work together in a natural equilibrium. Not recognizing the balance would be like a scientist who throws out all data that doesn’t match the hypothesis. The final report looks consistent when it’s done, but the results don’t reflect reality…nor are they reproducible….how far would we have come as humans if all scientists did that? Probably not far, I’d venture to say.
Anyway, you are more than entitled to your opinion on the matter, of course. I just thought I’d share this with you anyway. Shutting males out of your life may keep you safe from the bad ones, but it prevents you from being around the ones that are worth knowing.

Having met some self-identified “womyn/wimmin” in the academic setting, I have had the opportunity to participate in some discussions and read some material from this demographic.
I have also had an experience of being berated for holding the door for a woman once. She accused me of treating her as the ‘weaker sex’ by doing something like that. I had no idea who this woman was.. I listened to her speak her peace and didn’t comment. She went on her way…and I spent some time thinking about this scenario.
I came to the conclusion that, so far, she’s the only one I have ever encountered that has held this view. That was over 15 years ago. I don’t think that I have heard or read anything along these lines to this day, either. I still hold the door for anyone and everyone, but have never interpreted as an act of showing dominance. I think it is just a simple gesture that shows that I am looking out for people around me.
I see it as flammable, but I think this is actually one woman’s view of the world. This blog caught my eye and I read it. I would like to hear what she has to say, and would be curious to hear what her thoughts are about our comments. I won’t pretend to speak for all males, but I think some issues need to be addressed here from a male point of view.

Screw you all. If you are all so friggin” great then DO something about the violence against women and children. Prove to us that you aren’t all psychotic dicks with entitlement issues. Prove that empathy, compassion, nurturing and respect can be acheived…the ENVIRONMENT anyone? Child pornography? Incest? Rape? Prostitution? Objectification? domestic assault? Stand up to the patriarchy…stand up to the knuckle-dragging neanderthals beside you. If you love women so much why aren’t you DOING anything about it? Knock out the guy who beats his wife…give more than 2 years to some guy who raped his children. Protest the sex-trade, pornography, female castration. Why should we care about you and them if you mention nothing about women beating men and getting away with it. Or the justice system stealing money from us for kids we will never see. Or even worse not even having the choice of our unborn babies life because pro-choice is only for women not men. How about false rape reports? The justice system quotes 1/4 of rape charges are false, and 50% of false rape accusations are dropped by the plaintiff. No one should give a damn about these people until we get true equality. Men should have equal say in custody of children, the lives of their unborn children, and have a fair trial when the posibility of false accusation is there. So no fuck you.

I think you`re totally right. I hate men too.
My father left my mom and I when I was 4 years old to marry MY COUSIN, my mother`s niece.
My uncle abused me when I was 6 years old, and my girlfriend was abused by her older brother her whole life, until she was old enough to tell her mother.
I had two serious releationships with guys and both of them broke my heart and were pigs.
Everywhere I look I see nasty things that come from men, they`re all disgusting, THEY ALL SHOULD DIE AND GO TO HELL.
